Our carpets were not only very dirty, they also are on the verge of needing to be replaced… but we keep putting it off. I was very pleased with the time and attention Raymond took cleaning my carpets – the cleaning took years off of their look! I also had a very large ink stain in one room. I had no hope of it being addressed at all; in fact I told him to not even try… Well he was able to lighten it’s appearance significantly. That was just an added bonus to the overall great results that we got. I will definitely continue to use Motts Carpet Cleaning.
