I usually do this in the summer so the warm weather can dry the carpets out quickly. I was late in scheduling this year. They were very responsive and were able to come within just a couple of days of my call. As always: professional, on time, thorough. They worked on a hopeless coffee stain in my bedroom (its better, but not totally gone)which they warned me was likely. Got out all the kids apple juice, spaghetti, popsicle, and what have you stains in the family room. Carpet looks good as new. Their price is higher than other but I think they’re worth it.
